A Funeral Mass in Celebration and Gratitude for the Life of Janet Cecelia (Yap) Hayward, will be held at 1pm on Friday, 24th June 2022, at St Luke's Parish Church, 1 Ipswich Ct, Wantirna.

Following the Service, a Procession will travel from St Luke's to Springvale Botanical Cemetery for a graveside committal and burial at 3.15pm.

Janet's family welcome attendees to join them at her Wake in function rooms Botanical and Redwood (rooms 4 & 5) from 3:45pm and ask that you please register below to assist with catering.
